Shipping Charges & Cancellation Policy

1. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 599.
2. We charge a small fee on COD orders. On orders up to INR 499 we charge INR 75 and on orders above INR 499, we charge INR 50.
3. The Service has a delivery ETA of 5-7 days from the date of dispatch.
4. The products are generally dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received.

Cancellations:

All cancellation requests must be initiated within 12 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever happens first.
In case your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement or refund if found damaged or unfit for consumption.

Replacements:

All orders placed on our website are eligible for replacement only in the below scenarios. (The replacement request has to be initiated within maximum a of 5 days of delivery and the reason should be explicitly stated in the email (We’d love to know what went wrong))

• If the product is received in damaged form, you must write to us within 72 hours of delivery so that we can expedite your replacement request. Please attach a picture of the delivered order for our internal quality checks
• If in case you have received a product that is different from what you had ordered, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery so that we can expedite your replacement request.
• If any item is missing from your order, please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery and we will get the remaining items shipped
• We ensure that you receive the freshest Teas but if in case you feel that it tastes bad or stale, please do not hesitate to reach out to us within 5 days of the order delivery and we shall send a replacement. Please do let us know what you didn’t like exactly and we’ll sort it out for you.
